That's odd. Facebook temporarily banned me from sending out messages to group members. According to their FAQ page, it's called abuse of Facebook features BUT isn't there a "Message All Members" option per group? It should be understandable that a group admin WILL send one message MULTIPLE times. What if you had over a thousand members? That would automatically qualify you as a "spammer"? Bullocks.

Facebook account holders "OPT IN" on any Facebook Group. It should be expected that the group can send messages to their members, it's NEVER considered UNSOLICITED. These individuals choose to become a member and wasn't forced to. They can easily remove themselves from the group if they consider these messages intrusive and inconvenient.

Heck, I've been receiving tons of messages from the groups I belong to AND I don't see them getting banned. Pah.

Yes, I'm disappointed AND highly annoyed.

I guess it's good to let you in on something. This is just one of the new things you can expect from Style Manila. Stay tuned and watch as events unfold. There are lots of things that are in store for the rest of the year!

There's a real good reason for my silence. I'm still trying to get all my bearings back while entertaining insensitive people. Unbelievable.

I had offered an email to answer all the questions cuz I was ready to tell the person the reason --- offer specifics --- why I had deleted the comments. I didn't want to have the conversation on the blog since I know this person will not like what I had to say. I had wanted to keep it private, you know, just between the two of us but this person refused to give a valid email address AND even shifted the blame on me. That I was scared to go public with my thoughts. Wow. I guess this person doesn't really know me. Heh.

Generally, I'm nice. I don't like quarreling. Esp about something as petty as this. It's quite silly, really. I just don't like it when people won't even try to be polite in my own home online. Sorry but I'm the only queen of the house (so to speak). LOL.

Ok. Enough whinging from me.
